About the Property
Smoky Mountains Lodge is a private 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin at 2725 Heather Ln Way in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the Wears Valley community. It sleeps up to 10 guests on a wooded mountain lot, with long views of the Great Smoky Mountains from the main-floor deck.
The cabin is set up for families and multi-family trips. A 7-person hot tub, a stone fire pit, a 900 sq ft game room and a newly remodeled kitchen give everyone a place to be together. Wears Valley keeps you close to the national park, with a lot less traffic than Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Austin Gardner has hosted every stay himself since the cabin welcomed its first guests in February 2023. He's an Airbnb Superhost and a Vrbo Premier Host, and you book directly with him here.

A 7-person hot tub on the covered lower patio, with a lid, ready in every season.

900 sq ft with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, 3 retro arcades (including NFL Blitz), a basketball arcade, and a movie corner with Dolby Atmos surround sound and a popcorn machine.
Swinging daybed.
On the main-floor back deck, looking out over the ridges of the national park. It's one of the things guests mention most.

Wears Valley is a quiet community on the western side of the Great Smoky Mountains, along TN-321 between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. The mailing address is Sevierville, but the cabin sits in Wears Valley, about 6 minutes up from Wears Valley Road (approx. 35.716° N, 83.632° W).

Directions to Smoky Mountains Lodge
From Pigeon Forge
Take TN-321 South through Wears Valley toward Townsend. The cabin is off Wears Valley Road in Sevierville (37862).
From Gatlinburg
Take US-321 North toward Pigeon Forge, then continue on TN-321 into Wears Valley. It's about 36 minutes.
From the national park
Leave the park at the Townsend entrance and head northeast on TN-321. The cabin is about 10 minutes away.
