Succinct instructions/videos show the effort this host puts in to making sure you have a great experience. Had an issue with the wifi and Austin did everything in his power to fix the issue quickly for us. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

The Smokey Mountain Lodge now has some of our favorite memories! Our family thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the porch, playing in the game room, preparing food in the kitchen, chilling in the hot tub, and making s’mores around the bonfire. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our son’s 10th birthday. Laurel Falls and Ripley’s Aquarium were among our favorite nearby activities. Thanks for everything, Austin and Fam! We hope to return someday!

Staying at the Smoky Mountains Lodge was amazing. Austin was extremely helpful and responded quick to any and all questions or concerns my group had. The house and views from the balcony is amazing. The only downside of staying here is that you have to drive 20 minutes to get off the mountain to go anywhere, but everything else makes up for that. Austin and the Smoky Mountain Lodge are the best hosts you could ask for!
