The cabin was wonderful. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee. Kids loved relaxing on the outside day bed. Morning and evenings enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Everyone had a blast in the game room. Fire pit with plenty of seating to relax around a fire after a busy day. Cooking on the outside charcoal grill was great to have. We loved being out in the Wear Cove area. We definitely would come back to this property. The cabin was everything that a family could ask for. 5 STAR

This cabin was spotless and beautiful! Everything was so well thought out down to the smallest details. We had everything we needed plus more. The views are stunning, the location is great and everything was even better than described. Will recommend and will be coming back soon!

First of all, Austin is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property itself is amazing. If you are bringing kids or teens, they will love the game room downstairs (2 retro arcades NFL Blitz, arcade basketball, pool table, ping pong table, football, sectional couch big screen Roku TV). Outside has a firepit with seating, BBQ, hot tub, cornhole, seating on upper deck with porch swing, bed swing and plenty of chairs. The kitchen has all essentials and plenty of space and storage. My wife and sister-in-law commented that they loved the color in the kitchen. There are Roku TVs in every bedroom and living area. The WiFi is reliable and available, but we encountered what may have been a self-inflicted issue by accidentally unplugging one of the points. The property has well water, so we brought ice and distilled water jugs, but the water doesn't have a strong smell or taste and is probably fine otherwise. This place was fun to stay at and is exactly what families should be looking for: peaceful views on the deck overlooking the mountains and woodlands, a place for the kids and youthful adults/parents to hang out, hot tub, access to a pool and modern amenities. We even had a young bear stop by and got some photos while on the upper deck. Austin is a fantastic host, 5 stars.

We could not have asked for a better vacation spot! We brought our grandkids ages 6 and 7 and had game room night every evening. We were excited to see a bear when driving in. The cabin was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The views from the balcony were amazing. Loved the big porch swing! We had great Internet service which was needed. Townsend is just about 15 minutes away for groceries. Highly recommend Elvira’s for dining out.

If you are looking for a clean and peaceful mountain getaway this is the place for you!! Extremely Clean property, amazing view, easy check in, quiet area. Game room was a big hit with the kid as well the swings on the porch. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with all needed items for cooking. Would definitely return!!

We had an awesome time at the smoky mountain lodge!! We saw soo many bears it was incredible!! The fire pit area was our favorite part, it just felt so private and peaceful even though there were other cabins around. The game room was perfect and had so many games for the kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

This place was perfect for our family, and we easily could have shared it with another. It was super clean and quiet with beautiful views! The decor was tasteful, the layout was ideal and we all really enjoyed the game room. It's about a 15-20 minute drive down the winding mountain roads to get to stores and a few restaurants nearby, and another few minutes into Pigeon Forge. My husband loved the location well into the mountains, but if you are weary of those roads, keep that in mind (I wouldn't do any of the driving lol). I would not suggest arriving late at night like we did just to give you more comfort on those roads, but we were able to find the house just fine even in the dark. I highly suggest you pay attention to Austin's specific directions on how to find the driveway by the entrance, Google maps takes you a different way. All in all, we all agreed we loved our stay. We spent most of our time in the National Park and this location was perfect for that! Thank you!!

Excellent communication, easy check in process. The house is located in a quiet area with an amazing view. Our family loved having the game area downstairs. Definitely will stay here again!
